New to cycling or just need a confidence boost? Then come and join us at the Brooksbank Cycle Circuit in Elland. The circuit is a 750 metre tarmac circuit and provides a high quality, traffic-free cycling environment.
This session is to give women the opportunity to build their confidence and to get on a bike in a safe environment.
If you have not ridden for a while then come a long and will help give you the confidence to get back on a bike.
For others of you it might be to simply show you the social side of Breeze so might just involve riding the circuit and having a chat.
You can do 1 lap or you can do 100, it is up to you, the Breeze champions will be there to give you useful tips and advice, we will even cycle around the track with you if you need us to.
Obviously if anyone wants to go a little faster you are welcome to ride around at your own pace, it is your hour, feel free to use it to suit your needs.
